Project Description: The Rogers Company began its relationship with Smucker’s in 1987 and for 25 years has maintained, managed, refurbished, and reconfigured their multiple trade show exhibits. This year the Smucker’s and Folgers brand collaborated to build a brand new rental hybrid exhibit for The NAMA One Show in Las Vegas.
The challenge for this new hybrid exhibit was to showcase two specific market opportunities - an office break-room and a hotel pantry. This was a brand new approach to show-off both of their multiple liquid coffee products and small snack food products. In order to meet the client’s needs we created two separate vignettes within one 20x30 island exhibit.
We created a branding hierarchy primarily by using gasketed fabric graphics, Rogers rental inventory, and refurbished existing client properties. By using an overhead fabric canopy we were able to create two environments. The canopy also provided an opportunity to control lighting, which allowed us to strategically highlight graphics and products. It is the utility and branding hierarchy of the design and the use of these elements from floor to ceiling, that clearly create a welcoming environment while restating the client’s message of “Simply Smuckers”; thus making this project one of our best recent designs.
