THE ROGERS COMPANY ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF THE “I’VE GOT YOUR BACK” AWARDSJanuary 28, 2015
The Rogers Company is pleased to announce the winners of the 2014 “I’ve Got Your Back Awards”. Several years ago the company adopted “I’ve Got Your Back” as a motto which embodies the company’s philosophy of extraordinary care and service as it relates to both Rogers’ employees and clients.
The three winners were selected by their fellow employees for their willingness to go above and beyond on a daily basis. These three individuals truly exemplify the spirit of “I’ve Got Your Back” as demonstrated by their sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems for both the employees and clients of The Rogers Company.
Like most businesses, the trade show industry is extremely time sensitive. Moreover, planning a trade show is quite complicated and very stressful. Because of their exemplary work and dedication the following employees were recognized by their peers as truly embracing the company motto.
Plant Manager, Bryan Sarver who has been with Rogers for over 27 years was the Grand Prize winner. Logistics Manager, Carla Trent who has been with Rogers for over 8 years was the runner-up winner. And Controller, Eileen Franey who has been with Rogers for over 18 years was the President’s Award winner.
