Rogers was honored to help three industry leaders meet with high-caliber STEM candidates at the SHPE National Convention. Held in Philadelphia in 2025, the event serves as one of the country’s largest annual gatherings of STEM professionals, drawing top talent eager to enhance their skills through workshop sessions while networking with peers and corporate sponsors at the career fair and engagement events.

ABB Electrification’s 10’ x 20’ inline booth featured a modular backwall highlighted by five lightboxes delivering key messaging around innovation, energy and success. The striking three-dimensional logo on the aisle anchored the brand’s presence while a reception counter and café tables provided an inviting setting for meaningful career conversations.

Henkel’s dynamic 20’ x 20’ island exhibit elevated engagement with three CloudTouch interactive screens showcasing career opportunities. The underlit L-shaped demo and reception counter served as both a focal point and a functional area for interaction. A graphic-wrapped closet highlighted the company’s consumer and adhesive brands, complemented by a dedicated U.S. Soccer sponsorship graphic and a glamorous vanity for its got2be beauty brand. Live planter boxes included sustainability messaging, while an eye-catching two-tier hanging sign amplified Henkel’s portfolio of consumer and industrial technologies.

Wabtec presented a commanding 20’ x 20’ modular island booth featuring a soaring, graphic-wrapped central closet flanked by two prominent modular graphic panels, all unified under a dramatic header graphic. The front of the booth welcomed visitors with three career path kiosks, while a meeting area, surrounded by planter boxes behind the closet, provided a semi-private space for focused engagement. A 70” monitor out front and dual 43” monitors on the back panels enabled video presentations.
