The 2025 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exposition gathered industry leaders in Las Vegas for a hands-on look at the technologies, solutions and expertise driving business aviation. Rogers was thrilled to partner with three innovative clients to deliver branded exhibits that connected with attendees and supported their business goals.

Acron Aviation promoted its avionics, data analytics and pilot training solutions in a 10' x 20’ inline corner booth. Three rental lightboxes with custom graphics and printed filler panels were joined together to create a custom backwall. A DSR video monitor and touchscreen kiosk provided digital engagement opportunities, while a lighted reception desk and café tables offered spaces for visitors to interact with booth personnel.

Flight Data Systems and FreeFlight Systems partnered in a streamlined 10’ x 20’ inline booth featuring a fabric backwall with die-cut dimensional logos and a video monitor to showcase its unified data and avionics products and services. An L-shaped reception counter and lounge seating provided spaces to meet, while integrated shelving and a literature rack enabled product demos and shared technical information.

MD Onboard’s 20’ x 40’ custom island exhibit combined the brand’s design concept with practical engineering to achieve its layout goals. The booth featured four illuminated graphic towers with video monitors to showcase the company’s innovative new in-flight telehealth technology, connecting aviation staff with paramedics for real-time emergency care. Ample seating areas provided plenty of space for discovery meetings, while lush planter boxes offered a semi-private, comfortable feel.
